There is no question about the Affordable Care Act being more properlay labeled the Unaffordable Care Act. Like you, I have great respect for Mr. Donato. However, also like you I respectfully disagree with his assessment of supposed good of the legislation. The thing that cannot be denied is that the Act was passed without the Members of Congress knowing what it included. Fact: Then-Speaker Peolosi tells the Members that if they wanted to know what was in the legislation they had to vote for it first. The entire process is hardly a good example of a representative government that our Constitution provides.
